I have not ordered ...from ANY STORE.. but I did try on dresses there and thought they were nice and helpful!

We got everything there for my sister's wedding and they were nothing but absolutely wonderful!

i went there and Bridal Suite in Centereach....both places were very nice. But when it came to my final decsion i had 1 dress at each place that i liked. So we called the Bayshore one and yes they were closing in 45 mins but we asked can we come in and take a quick look....didnt even wanna try it on. She said yes we get there and they were so nasty and said no we are closing! Basically sat there at the door and held it open for us too leave...Well w/ that kinda customer service i refused to give them my business! My dress there was 1100 i think it was a lil more than the Centereach store. But i ended up ordering from Bridal Elegance bc i got the same dress for 700$!!! I couldnt pass that up....

I went to look at BM's dresses there...

The selection was just OK-- I didn't find the dress I wanted there but the help was very nice, patient, helpful and great to work with.

across from the DSW....i wouldnt rec going there too look at dresses not much to see but as for prices Phyllis was great

I worked with Mary Ellen and was not impressed. I asked to see a few specific dresses, one of which they didn't have. She was trying to talk me out of trying on anything else until they got this specific dress in. I pulled a few from the racks anyway and she made a negative comment about 1 thing I chose, saying 'I don't understand why you would pick THAT' But didn't offer any reasoning as to why...when I put it on, I saw she was right, it was a slinky sheath that hugged all the wong curves-- but she could've been nicer about it, or explained what silhouette the dress was. Then someone she knew came in with their daughter and she ran right over and said I would love to help you but I'm with HER right now--rolling her eyes in my direction.

I felt like she couldn't be bothered with helping me. I certainly will NOT go back there.

But, as always, you should check it out for yourself I had a great experience at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and I know that many other girls hated it there....so, to each his own.

Exactly right. The cheapest for my particular dress was from Burton's but they didn't really wow me when I went there so I still ordered it from Bayshore. I went to Centereach and thought the woman was very rude, went to Ariana's woman was not helpful... but def wanted me to try on like 500 dresses that were all overpriced . Best thing is go to a bunch of places and see how they treat YOU. Don't go somewhere just for the cheapest price but if it happens to be then it worked out for you in the end. Good luck happy shopping.

guess different strokes for diffrent folks, there isnt going to be a place vendor etc that we are aall 100% happy with right Me personally i would not have ended up in bayshore , its far for me , but they were the onyl place in the tri state that had my gown in pure white.. so i wanted to see it in white not off white or ivory befor i orderd it,,

Sorry to crash, but I'll be getting my dress there. Mary Ellen made it so much fun and made me feel so comfy... you can't go wrong and the prices weren't terrible.

Sorry to crash but I used them and thought they were great. Everyone was really friendly and nice. They really went out of their way for me.....see my review for the details.

Not sure if you're near Paradise Bridal in Patchogue. If so, ask for Donna. She's great and real sweet! HUGE Selection. Also, if you find a cheaper price, like at Bridal Elegance, they will match the price. You just have to tell them BEFORE you order your dress. I had already ordered mine, so they didn't match it.

just wanted to say that while there was nice customer service when i went to try on my gown, and right before i ordered it.......i could've saved nearly $400 dollars if i had ordered my gown with Phyllis at Bridal Elegance.

bridal suite's prices are not that good---check around before you consider ordering from them!
