a graphic designer could make that for you. and print it at staples or a print shop

typical size format 11 x 17 then type away.. depends on your program that you are using. If its word then i assume you have to make columns and guides,etc if its something else its pretty much the same thing but you can also use tables.

yeah i think you can do it in whatever program you like...just make sure the image is a good resolution if ure printing it to a huge size...then i think u can just take it to like kinkos/staples/etc to get it printed there (depending on how big u want it).
im assuming u dont have a printer to make it that big...in that case...i would say your best bet is to contact the company that will print it for you and see what the recommend for size/format and all that
