I got quotes for a Saturday afternoon in the summer for $72pp - if you want Saturday night it was $105pp. The Saturday afternoon in the Garden Pavillion (I think that's the name - the one with the glass roof) booked up fast - faster than Saturday night! If that's the room you're interested in, and you want afternoon, book early.
Edited to say: Saturday night was an extra 30 minutes for cocktail hour included in the price.

105 for a saturday night in october it was 85 for the friday night, but i don't know about sunday.

I was also quoted $105 for a Saturday night in April. NOT including tax and tip. I thought it was too much for the place since I wasn't crazy about it.

Sorry palebride but i am having a sat. day wedding in oct and it is about 100 not including tax pp. But i will admit i added extras. But i am soooo happy with my choice. A sat night wedding was way too expensive for me. It was well over 120

When I went to see them this past summer in August 2003 they quoted me I think it was $78 pp for a Sunday - August wedding - total of 100 people. I don't think that included tax, but each year some places increase their prices so - you should just go with your cousin now and get the quote now and that way they will honor that price when you are ready to book.

The $105 is without the 18% service fee and without the tax. I think for a day wedding the price is very reasonable though.

I'm getting married on May 30th, Sunday afternoon wedding and we are paying $68 a person in the Garden Terrace Room, which is gorgeous.
Go in & talk to them, because you will be surprised at the quality of the menu and what you get for that price.

the fox hollow would be a nice choice for someone from out of state because they have the inn right next door that everyone can stay at. it's a bit pricey per night, but i hear the rooms are beautiful!
the price i was quoted was the base price for a saturday afternoon in april. I'm pretty sure it wasn't over $70 because we're paying $73 per person at the Watermill.....and it was the highest quote we got. but that is the price without taxes and anything added
