take the southern state to Rt 110 north (I think it is exit 32) Stay on Rt 110 for about 2 - 3 miles. You will pass republic airport (it wil be on your right) The next main intersection after that is Conklin RD. The very large movie theatre will be on your right. Estelle's is on the left just past Conklin, but there is a divider in the road, so you need to go to the next light & make a U-turn to get to the parking lot.
