I was at the supermarket today and Swiss Miss had one of those 'No added Sugar' which still had 7 grams of sugar and 10g of carbs in each packet!!!

yes they have a few brands that make it but swiss miss is the best
The Swiss Miss is yummy - I end up adding a half a packet of Splenda because it is a little bland, but it hits the spot when you need a cocoa fix!

as i check out the boards and read this i'm drinking SF Swiss Miss Cocoa now! good stuff...i add a little powdered creamer which has 10 cal and no fat and 1 carb.
that sounds so good! I think i am going to go to stop and shop tomorrow if the weather is not too bad! and i am going to by it I also think carnation hot chocolate is good too.
