Does anyone know if you can modify your ring setting?

Does anyone know if you can modify your ring setting?

I would like to add a few diamonds around the shank and possibly create a halo. I love my current setting, but I do love the look of delicate halos. Has anyone done this to their current setting or I'd have to totally replace it? TIA

I was just in talking with our jeweler about changin my e ring...they can definitely change it for you, it just depends on what you want. I would say go to a jeweler and get a quote to see what they can do. We deal with Whitman Jewelers in Huntington...theyr'e awesome and always really helpful!! Ask for Lisa or Liz, they're both awesome and tell them Amanda & John sent you!! We're regulars, they'll know who we are!!

Thanks for the quick reply and the recommendation! So you're thinking of changing your ering setting, but doing work to your current setting? That sounds so confusing but I basically don't want to change my entire setting, but just add the one I currently have.
