a good personal trainer. I'm looking for someone that is experienced with training brides and bridal parties. Moderate cost and hoping to find someone with like a home gym situation to avoid gym membership fees? Do you ladies have any suggestions?
There's a guy by the name of Tommy. I can't remember his last name, but he works at Synergy in Franklin Square. He does personal training there, but he'll also come to your home. He's awesome. I used to go to his group classes 4 times a week, and the only reason I stopped is because I moved.
