Not for bridal gowns, though.

Robin at Designs On You on Terryville Rd in Port Jeff Station (not sure where you're located) She can make anything!!

FH's grandma knows one - she's having my mini-dress and other stuff made for me there.
She wanted me to get a wedding dress made but I said no, I wanted the salon experience
