I live in a Holtsville co-op, the junior 1 bedrooms start at $110 +. Let me know if you have any questions.

Kitty - What is the name of your place? Do you know if any are available? If you want, you can FM me. Thank you so much for getting back to me with the info.

C0-op living is ok, it is better than renting, just my opinion. You get to re-model, paint, whatever you want b/c you own it. You do buy / sell it, some people rent them. I am in Birchwood Glen. Besides your mortgage there are common charges which includes your taxes, heat, hot water and maintenance fees. Condo's are a little different b/c you usually have a little yard. or balcony insurance. Any other questions, let me know! You can call Century 21 Princeton Real Estate 467-3800 - ask for Karen, she is the one that sells in my complex, I really don't know if any are available.
