Does anyone know or go to yoga classes in...

suff? I took yoga once and really enjoyed it. I was wondering if anyone takes classes or know of a good place I would be able to go.

ultimate fitness patchogue offers 4 yoga classes a week

that's my gym- it is awesome!!

I am looking into starting Yoga classes and I believe Koga Fitness in Selden offers classes- I don't know that you have to have a gym membership there- you may be able to pay per class.

no- fsil has come with me and i think it is $10 or so a class.

I take Yoga through my school district and it's pretty reasonable.. $50 for 10 classes. Maybe that's something to think about for the fall?
