Its old...Elizabeth Shue stars in it...She plays a girl who is born mentally handicapped, and her parents sie and they put her in a hospital where they do something to her immune system to make her start becoming normal again and dates one of the Dr's but then it fails and she reverts back to being retarded again?
I so wanna see it from the begining, it was on at like 3 am, and they never said the title.
