Does anyone know what bakery the Watermill uses?

i believe they use Erga Bakery in Bethpage. i didnt eat the wedding cake they made for us, bc i had someone else bring in cake just for DH and I, but they made all the petit fours and stuff like that, which were amazing.

It's located in the King Kullen Shopping center right near the railroad tracks.
