On Port Charles, Rafe and Alison fought because he said he wasn't doing his job well because he thinks he is too focused on being happy instead of slaying. She yelled at him and told him he shouldn't be so hard on herself and was mad she felt he was calling her a distraction. Then they laughed and made up. He went off in search of Joshua.
Elizabeth found Caleb in the hospital trying to sneak out. she yelled at him and he apologized for being a jerk - then basically convinced her he really did care for her so she agreed to help him sneak out so they could be together. As soon as she got him a costume (a white lab coat and a pair of black glasses and put his hair in a pony tail - of course with this disguise no one would recognize him - must think he's Superman ) He tells her he'll meet her in the parking lot and then she overhears some nurses talking about how they saw this cute Dr. going up to the helicopter. Elizabeth realizes he screwed her AGAIN.)
Joshua finds Livvie at Kevins house and tries to convince her to come back to the hiding place with him. He tells her he was at the hospital and that Caleb is not only dead, but cremated. She still doesn't believe Caleb is dead and she won't go with him and Kevin won't let Joshua take her anyway, so Joshua decides to stay there with them so he can protect her. But first he leaves to 'get some things' at the hide out.
