does anyone live in massapequa park?

me and FH are looking at a house in mass. park and are wondering how is that area? the school district? ect....

I don't live there but I live very close. Massapequa and Massapequa Park are the same school district. It's a really nice area with a great school district.

Hi! I used to live in Massapequa Park for 3 years, I rented in an apt in the Bar Harbour area - and I LOVED that town! I tell FH when we are ready to buy a house, that is one of my towns to search! I love the area, all the stores too. I am not too sure about the schools, I know the family I rented from sent their children to private or catholic school. But, the town was very nice.

FH lives there and went to school there, school district 23 is one of the best on the island!!

I grew up in Massapequa, Bar Harbour.
Massapequa/Massapequa Park are kinds mixed together. Bar Harbour are is very nice. we moved there when i was in 2nd grade. Its a pretty expensive area now. but with the housing market, you may get a good deal!

I went to birch lane ele, burner jr high and massapequa hs. very good school district.

If you have some addresses, i can tell you what's around them...

FH lives there now.....it's a great neighborhood. I also have lots of friends who live there.

I live in Massapequa Park (bar harbour) too! I didn't go to school there, bc we only moved there 4 years ago, but I've heard really good things about Massapequa S.D. It's a really nice town! Close to everything! HTH

I live in Massapequa Park, grew up there and went to school there. School districts are really good, there are lots of nice parks too.

We're closing on our house on May 1st in Massapequa. We only looking in Mass/Mass Park because the school district is one of the best.

Now's the time to find good deals in those 2 towns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes! FH and I are signing contracts for our house in Massapequa next week! Its such a nice area and the school district is great. (my cousins kids are in the district now and she is very happy with it.)
