that's easier said then done. i have them have suffered with them for years.

i have/had anxiety disorder...started about 3 1/2 years ago, got very bad where i could not do anything, i went to a therapist and bought a great book and did a lot of exercises, they say it stays with you through out life...i havent had an actual attack in a good amount of time, FM me if you need anything!!!!trust me your not alone

I do. Depression runs in my family, I never really had problems with it until last year.
It all started when my SIL decided to leave my brother, she took my nephew with her and its been constant drama (my brother and i have owned our home together since 2001. Very bitter divorce, she sends cops over here every other week.
To make it worse, my brother and i were held up at gunpoint in our home almost a year ago.
With those 2 events so close together, i have been struggling. There have also been some other events that add to my anxiety and it became uncontrollable.
I wound up going to a psychiatrist b/c i was afraid i wasnt going to be able to handle day to day life. I must say, medication isnt for everyone, but in my case, it was a blessing.

I GET ANXIETY ATTACKS I STARTED GETING THEM ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO. I GET THEM SO BAD I CAN NOT HAVE ANYBODY NEAR ME. SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE MY INSIDES ARE SHAKING. I TRY TO THINK ABOUT OTHER THINGS OR I HAVE STARTED CROCHETING THAT SOMETIMES HELPS.
