Does Anyone's FH

get scared thinking that they will be marrried soon?

My FH just called me - and was like 'im scared'

I think hes starting to realize how different his life will be a yr from now

You know..sometimes I wonder if he does..because at this point....I sometimes even wonder if he realizes what he's getting into!! I don't think he's second guessing...not at all..but I don't think he realizes we are going to be MARRIED and he will be a HUSBAND in a year!!! Ha...I'm sure I'll get the 'scared' phone call soon!

guys have random meldowns too! LOL

my FH sometimes gets a little nervous about the idea that he'll be a 'husband' and it's like we're officially all on our own and it's just us and no one else! but it's normal.

Im just scared that hes gonna get TOO scared and back out - but I already told him - if he tries to leave me now, Im gonna kick his arse - and run after him!!!!

We are both very excited as well!! We've been talking about it for 7 1/2 years so I don't think he has ANY doubts!!

I have not gotten anything like that from FH yet but it may come soon since we are only 6 months away

not really, i think he is more scared that he will be the 'man' he wants to be like good father,good hubby, good job...but he always says that im it for him, so i dont think hes scared of marrying me

sometimes i go overboard with the baby stuff. . .we are waiting one or two years and some days we can talk about it but some days i take it too far . . . then he freaks a little!

honestly i dont think it has hit him that we are getting married yet . . .

I'm sure the responsibility must be a bit frightening.
The other day I looked at FH and thought to myself, 'Oh MY G~D! George is going to be responsible for me...'

If it wasnt for me being in school
he would have proposed 3 years ago...

He assumed the engagement would be 4-5 months not over a year

Mine is pretty excited....and he's the one that wants kids soon...I can hold off on that (I'm deathly afraid of needles and hospitals and all other pain related issues) but I do think every once in a while he gets nervous about the responsibilty of having to take care of a family.
