I woke up with a sore thorat and running nose so I bought some Coldeeze. I feel worse right now then I did thi morning. I've been popping coldeeze all day. Does this really make your cold go away faster?
Does anyone have any suggestions to make this cold go away? I don't want to be sick again.

my friend swears by it. i tried it for one day and i hated the after taste so i stopped. so i cant say personally. feel better!

The active ingredient in Cold-Eeze is zinc. So if you take zinc pills, its the same thing... and sinc tastes foul, so thats why they tried to cover it up with a candy/lozenge flavor!
Zinc is hard on your tummy, if you opt for the pills take it with food. And either way (pills or cold-eeze) is more effective when you take it at the onset of a cold, not when it's full-blown. If you feel signs of a cold coming on, take it right away, it's supposed to boost your immune system.

Coldeeze tastes gross. I have one in my mouth now.
I just started feeling sick this morning so hopefully these things work, FAST
