Does everyone have a theme??

I watched my fair wedding the other night and it seems like weddings are supposed to have a 'theme'

I don't have one..does everyone else?

my theme is 'I'm getting married, and spending a buttload of money for it to be pretty and for you to be here so please enjoy it'

We're having a loose cherry blossom theme. Not sure how much CB we're going to incorporate into the wedding, but we're definitely having CB centerpieces, and probably the menus, table numbers, cake and some other things will be CB too. I will incorporate it in a subtle way..I don't want the CB theme to be overbearing.

I originally was going to do a winter/snowflake theme...but now i changed my mind about colors...so it's not really going to have a theme--just be an elegant, warm-toned, winter wedding...maybe i'll have hot apple cider or hot chocolate..but still not really sticking to a theme

The colors of my wedding are chocolate brown and gold so i thought it would nice to have a chocolate theme. Most of the treats at the wedding will be chocolate. We are having a candy buffet as our favors and there will be all types of chocolates on there. There will also be chocolate treats on each table and chocolate martinis passed at CH hour

if you consider the color scheme a theme, them my 'theme' is green and yellow... I guess you could say 'Springtime' is my theme.

A vendor, I can't remember which one, actually asked me 'What's yout theme' and I was like uuuuuh...

I'll have colors (which I haven't chosen yet) but thats it. NO theme. Don't feel bad.

my friend at work told me that I have to have a 'theme' too...never thought about it til then...her son did a movie theme and named the tables their fav movies, gave out popcorn favors, I think the STDs were movie related - that's about all I can remember. I don't think they went all out on the theme tho

I think for most weddings the colors are the 'theme' to tie everything together...I'm doing a deep purple with peacock feather accents

Don't really have a theme...I just want pink and gold incorporated in it...I want a romantic feel...lots of candles, rose petals..but I don't really think that's considered a 'theme'

i dont think you need a theme.... as of right now we are prob doing teal blue and white but we are going to try to incorporate the beach/water thing cause we are having it on the water and we get to arrive via yacht.... plus FH is a big time summer water boy - boating, jet skiing, tubing... etc... so we are going to use some (minimal) star fish here and there

I dont really have a theme. My colors are red, white and black. (even though its a summer wedding....I couldnt get the FH to agree on pink so we settled on red. ) Either way, I guess if we did have a theme, it would be roses, because they're recurring throughout the whole thing.

My FH and i have tattoos that go together I have a heart lock and he has a heart key so we are going to do the lock and key bottle stoppers for favors. I was also thinking about having interlocking hearts on the save the dates and invites. I guess thats a theme lol.

I want to have a theme that is based on the tuxedo. I know it sounds kinda corny but, I found some pictures of it in a martha stewart wedding magazine and just fell in love with it.
