Does everyone know what they are doing for FH/DH for valentine's day?

I usually have some cute and thoughtful ideas but i cant come up with anything this year!

FI is working so we'll probably do our Valentines on the Monday that follows

Not sure what we are doing though

just dinner out

Some idea of the type of things that i like doing....

One year I surprised him with a basket filled with 1000! hersey hugs and kisses - we were dating for almost 1000 days so that is where the number came from. I bought a glass fish and tied it to the top of the basket with a ribbon and bought a matching card that said of all the fish in the sea I choose you -
He was so shocked and loved it!

Another year I made a collective present using a fourteen days of valentine's theme. I bought a huge box and wrapped it in heart paper then taped the king of hearts card on top. I then bought/made 14 different things - like for (1) i bought a gold crown and put red sticker hearts on it...then for each number i did something different like for 5 I wrote 5 different poems about love on nice paper and rolled them up and tied them with a ribbon. For 14 i made a tape of love songs - including the song that we are going to dance to for our first dance.

Another year I bought FH a box of chocolates that had on it a heart with the words - you have the key to my heart all around it - so I bought an old skeleton key and attached it to the box with a pretty ribbon...

May sound cheesy to some - but i htink it is cute - very thoughtful - Its small but FH seems to like it...

we're going to paris the day before and are planning on going to the effiel tower and then a nice dinner

We're ordering in - sushi - and (finally) opening a bottle of reserve cabernet that my dad gave FH.

The following weekend we're going out - it will be 1 year that Sunday, that we've been engaged.

my sister and BIL are flying in that day to visit us...they were engaged on V-day...so I asked them what they do...and they said Tex-Mex is their tradition...so Tex-Mex it is!!!!
