Does everyone like.....

I'm taking his name, & in fact his dad's sister & I have the same first name.. When she was married she took her 's last name, & now that I'm marring FH I'll have her name b4 she was married, I think it's kinda neat

I know!! And I already picked my kid's names and if I have a boy he is going to be named Aidan. So, little Aidan O'___ is going off to hebrew school! Talk about sticking out like a sore thumb.

Believe me, he wont be the only one! My sister has an irish last name and my nephews are not the only ones in hebrew school with non jewish last names - guess interfaith marriages are still rising!!

Anyway, i love my FH last name - its Spanish but not a typical / common name - its actually very pretty

Yea I definitely had Tara O'brien and Brian murphy in my hebrew school class growing up but their judaism was always questioned!

My babies will be in hebrew school w/o your typical jewish last name... FH is Jewish tho, the name is Hungarian, not too popular around here & I think his mom's madian name is the most popular jewish last name

I couldnt wait to get married and get rid of my last name. I've been called bologna head because of my last name, but FH's last name is yucky. But I am of course taking it
