Does everyone miss trying on wedding gowns?

Although I finally found the one I had so much fun trying gowns on I was wondering if everyone else felt this way!!

I just miss trying my own on... I can't wait till March 10th for my first fitting!

Don't miss trying on the ugly ones.

Yes! This was the most fun part of planning...I loved trying on gowns

I loved trying on gowns and think I should've tried more on. I love my gown and would not change it but I had soooo much fun trying them on!

I feel the same way. I wouldn't change my dress for the world, but would love to try more on again! Hmmm, maybe I'll go to a different place and say I'm getting married in 2008, just to try on dresses...

This post is hilarious to me. I just posted a comment in 'Choosing the right gown' that was similar to what I am about to say...but after trying on over 200 gowns since March, I finally found my dream dress on Tuesday. I was having such a hard time, that I would have to say I was 90% releived and 10% sad. I was worried I would never find my dream dress and to be honest, it was becoming a burden for me. It was such a different feeling taking that gown off knowing it would be the last one I wore. But I was THRILLED it was over....but give me a few months..I am sure I will probably miss it a tad.

I do! I found THE DRESS rather quickly....but I felt like a little girl playing dress up again! It was my favorite part of this whole planning thing too!!

I found my dress rather quickly so I kind of missed out on the whole experience of trying on a ton of gowns!! However I am very happy with my choice and glad that it went so smoothe!!!!

OMG something awful!!!

I feel like I did it so fast! I love my gown but the doubts creep in now and then. I'm in that lull period where there's no big decisions to make...so I miss the excitement of that.

What also makes me sad....I really only looked for gowns with my bridal party (sisters, nieces) and my mom. I did look at gowns briefly with a friend (bunnybride) but they didn't have any Maggies there so it doesn't totally count hahaha! It was fun though!

I kinda regret I didn't choose friends for my bridal party to do the fun shopping with.... Love my sisters and all but it just bums me out a bit. I wouldn't mind going with friends to go shopping again- but last thing I need is to be confused after having my dress ordered back in October!

I def. don't miss trying on gowns in general but if I had My Gown I'd be walking around the house in it all the time!

Not one bit. It was very difficult to find my dress and I am so glad it is OVER. I love my dress though so it was well worth it.

heeeeeellllll no!

I HATED trying on wedding gowns. I got so frustrated, I hated how the samples never fit right and mostly looked ridiculous, I hated having the consultants pulling and tugging and squeezing at me to smoosh me into them, and I HATED when I'd come out and look at it in the mirror and go 'oh, h#ll no!' and the idiot consultant would be sitting there gushing at me 'oh, but it's so beautiful, you just have to buy it!' blah blah blah. It was horrifically frustrating! I was excited to find and buy my dress, but I think I was equally as excited simply to not have to try them on anymore!
