Does FH get involved with your family issues?

I wanted to see if your FH stays out of issues or problems you have or arise with your family or does he get involved without having you ask him to?

I guess it would depend on the problem. FH will always help if dad needs something. We are luck and havent had much drama

I agree it depends on the problem. He knows when to not cross the line, but he is incredibly supportive and really treats my family as if they were his own (actually, I think he might treat my fam even better). For example, my mom broke her ankle this weekend, and it was no question that he'd cancel his plans to come to the ER and stay with us.

However, if I was fighting with one of my family members or they were fighting with each other, he would not get involved. Not that he doesn't care, but knows I can (and should) fight my own battles, especially with my own family!

Mine does. He's smart though - he waits to offer an opinion until he knows it won't conflict with mine lol :)

He tries to avoid getting directly involved, but always offers me advice and opinions that have been really valuable to me during our time as a couple.

Is there a specific situation you're thinking of?
