Work your biceps (curls) and triceps. Do the delts also. I find push ups to be great. I also like dips for triceps.

I had shoulder surgery, so long sleeves were my rule!

Yes. Mine is strapless. I finally started hitting the gym this week to strength arms. I am hoping to go 4x per wk, doing kickboxing and pilates.

yes, it is strapless and after reading about all you girls toning your arms, I am sitting here thinking I need to hit the gym.
