Yes they do. I had gotten a pair there about 5 years ago and they caused my feet to get blisters - they were awful, I had to take them off and walk around barefoot! Then again it was 5 years ago, so not sure if their quality has changed since then. I also remember they weren't any cheaper than anywhere else (I think they were around $40). Hope that helps.

They do have dyeable shoes, BUT when I went there to get shoes for my cousins wedding they said they do not match the shoes completely. They just have a book of swatches and you pick out the one that matches the dress the best. I don't know if that is all Payless stores, but that's how the one I went to did it.

I got prom & BM shoes ther YEARS ago! I actually had a problem with the dying once & they had to redo it.
how much time do you have? Bridal Shoes.com has a good selection. I ordered dyeable shoes ( Colorriffics) for my wedding , but changed my mind & sent them back. THey were very easy to work with. The shoe jsut wwasn't right for my weird foot, but they are the same shoes Felicia wore for her wedding.
If you do order on line you could get them dyed at a shoe repair shop.
Estelle's has some, but not a great selection.

someone told me too that ESTELLES has a good selection of shoes!
Also, try SANDY's in Massapequa in Sunrise Hwy. The guy is a little annoying and rude, but maybe they can help ya out.
