Does Size Matter?? (OWG)

So I called Old Westbury Gardens to find out if they had my wedding dat available and she basically told me that she can accomodate my FH & I but not my whole wedding party & family (abt. 25ish people) Okay, so why can you accomodate sme people, but not all?! I kinda had my heart set on taking pics there after the wedding so I just want an answer!
Anyone else have a similar situation at all?
