It came with mine. I'm pretty sure they all have it

Mine did as well. I agree with Stacy that they should all come with it.

Mine came w/it too (Graco), but I had to buy another one because she was still too small for it!

Mine did too, but at first I still had to use rolled up towels/blankets to keep her head in place. I think we took it out pretty early, they don't seem like the do much.
