Ok here it goes again...my wedding was june 28th...it will be 4 weeks this saturday. Still no proofs online or in my hands. I FINALLY got in touch with someone and they just informed me that it takes 4-6 weeks and before our proofs are posted online i have to pay the remaining balance. Im starting to get really mad being that the guy made it sound like we would have proofs within a week or 2. Does this sound strange to anyone???

I would not pay the amount in full until you see some proofs.

My photographer did say depending on how busy they are it could be a few weeks. Since your in peak season, I would imagine it would take longer than usual.
However, I wouldn't pay the balance without seeing my proofs first.

Our payment was split into 3 even installments. First went as the deposit, second is due when the proofs are in our hand, and third when we have everything. But he did tell us it'll be 4-6 weeks after the wedding as well. I would definitely not pay in full until I atleast have the proofs.

If he told you 4-6 weeks, then I would wait another 2-3 weeks before calling them.
