fill out goals and objectives for the year. At the begining of every year we have to fill out what is called a 'CSA' we have to fill out at least 5 goals and objectives then at the end of the year we have to finish it telling them if we reached out goals & objectives. What a load of crap!!!!
They spend millions of $ on this stuff so that we can get a tiny increase. Like it makes a diff b/c everyone gets the same. So there are people who walk around here doing nothing they get the same increase at the poeple who work really really hard!

Yep we do. Called a 'Scorecard' and yes they check it.
Increases are tiny no matter what.
I'm so used to it by now its all sorta fuzzy.
My goals are always 6 months from my review and half done. Then I always get them complete.
This year's goal however is tougher. I have to start college right about the time Im getting married! Joy oh joy!

In our high school, we have to fill them out every September, but unless you're not a tenured teacher, no one really looks at them.

we had to fill out in the end of the year...what we did...good thing I didn't have to accomplish anything...just had to say what I did already...

Yep, they do. However this information is actually being read and used (from my experience) to determine the bonus and salary increases. Your goals are supposed to be inline with those of the company for the year.

Yeah, would you believe one of the bosses today decided to request a 'detailed description of your day to day duties, with time frame spent on each'... Plus, he was in a nasty mood too!!!! ???? Give me a break!!!! I felt like telling him: 'What crawled up your A$$ and died ????
