Does your e-ring sit with the stone always centered?
Mine never does. My ring is always on its side. It also turns all the way around sometimes. I wonder if I need it smaller. How do you know?

Re: Does your E-Ring...
Itg's fine and common! The skin where the ring sits is getting used to it being there and it kind of indents due to the constant surrounding of it - ie no air and water getting trapped under there.
This happens - so i heard - especially when you have a solitaire

Now it usually does, but not for the first months ago... I have 'ring indentation' on my finger now so it looks like I'm wearing one even when I take it off.

I have the two little balls on the inside of my band that keep the ring centered. It is a big solataire so it use to tilt to the side all the time.

I think mine's a bit too tight because it's always centered and I have an indentation...

Re: Does your E-Ring...
Dont quote me on this but I heard a couple of people say that when getting their rings resized, they opted for the small balls to be placed inside instead of resizing the whole ring. One of the major benefits of the little balls are that they keep your ring in place, and prevent it from spinning on your finger!!

When I'm warm it fits perfectly but when I'm cold I can almost fling it off my finger! It's so annoying

even the jewlery said that it's hard to get a perfect fit. your fingers swell and shrink based on temp, weight losss/gain, & fluid balance. Right now minw is loose, other nights snug.

if it is turning around-- bring it into your jewlers they can put little ball shots on the palm side of your ring to keep it from moving so much

Is it hard to get the ring on and off with those little balls in it. My FMIL said that she couldnt really get the ring off her finger with out ripping her finger apart.

When I'm warm, it fits nice...when I'm cold it slides all over the place. I think it's normal.

If it turns all the way around, you should probably have it re-sized.
You don't want to lose it!

mine used too and it really bothered me. it can mean 2 things- the diamond is too heavy for the setting or its too big. i had the jewler put two little gold balls in the bottom inside of the ring and it dosent move as much.

I also have the balls inside (lol) and I have no problems taking the ring off or putting it on. It stays put nicely too....

Re: Does your E-Ring...
OOOh dont even get me started on this subject. I had my ring sized down and it still turns. It annoys the sh*t out out FI and in turn makes me try to hide it. Its not so bad now in the summer but when winter rolls around again.... I dont want to size it down again (mind you the guy who did it first really messed up) - so I was leaning now on putting the balls in. I have never seen them though and thought they might look ugly or take away from the ring. The only thing I can compare it to is a bridge, which isnt very appealing!
