If so, what?

My FH loves making teriaki chicken, hot wings, baked potatoes with all kinds of toppings, and nachos and chili platters.

what about yours?

lol that's such a cute name. I'd consider getting one for FH but we have so many cookbooks and never use them! I usually cook w/out a recipe and when I use one I find it on the internet....

do you think it's worth buying? maybe I'll get it for him anyway

OK... i bought it... $8.94 w/ shipping. It would be nice if it came by FH's birthday (Thurs). I already bought him an ipod but he talked me into giving it to him before xmas (we had a 5 hour drive each way to his grandparents house). LOL... didn't start this thread intending to spend $$$$ but

I got FH a Rachel Ray 'Man Food' cookbook that he's gotten a lot of basics from (portabella burgers and really yummy guacamole).

For the most part he's in charge of the grill and he likes to make curries and other Indian dishes. He is utterly afraid of baking, though. I've asked him to help me do some fairly simple tasks and he doesn't think he can do it.

My FH is the chef. He makes: marina sauce, pasta fagioli, chicken francaise (ps I'm the Italian and he's German!- go figure, his food is better than my mom's!)

He also makes: buffalo wings, both kinds of clam chowders (I don't like seafood of any type), salsa and brews his own beers.

He and his Best Man are brewing us a special beer - I think a chocolate stout (my theme is chocolate brown and pink) for our wedding favors in addition to candles, we'll give each couple a special beer with our names on it, etc.

I am lucky to say that my FH does all the cooking. He cooks Monday-Friday and I cook Saturday and Sunday (most of the time, he actually cooked last night). I work and commute to the city everyday, so he gets home an hour before me. He always has dinner waiting on the table for me the second I walk in the door. I AM SOOOOO LUCKY!

Not really anything special he likes to cook, but the rule I grew up with is that a woman never does anything on the BBQ. That is a mans job...not for stereotypical reasons, it's just a good excuse every once in a while to make him cook and let me relax a little
