Does your FH/DH.......

Put empty stuff back?
John puts the milk carton back when there isn't even enough left in the carton for coffee!
Also I am frying chicken cutlets now and I just went to grab the oil, and you guessed it-empty! Good thing I have another bottle..
What the heck?!!!

Hi Jennn..

Ronnie is the perfect wife. He is on top of things. If things are half full he makes sure to put them on the list so by the time we shop we will need it...

Aww.. Now you made me miss my boy!

No - but worse he doesn't tell me he finished it at all! I do the shopping so I ask that he use the handy pad and paper I've left out, but thats too hard I guess

Re: Does your FH/DH.......

Matt gets rid of them empties but the problem is everything he eats and drinks is empty when he is done!!! If he continues to eat like this we will never afford a house

Re: Does your FH/DH.......

Rob does that all the time w/ napkins, toilet paper, etc..-he'll take the last napkin and never refill. Or he'll use the last drop of contact solution and when I come home from work in the morning, dying to take mine out, they'll be nothing for me to rinse them with!

Re: Does your FH/DH.......

My DH doesn't put it back, instead he leaves it on the counter until I throw it out. I guess he's doing me a favor by leaving it there, so I know to add it to the list. It wouldn't be so bad but its always the stuff that needs to be 'crushed' before it gets thrown away.

My FI is the exact same as OctBride's FI.

Brian does the same exact thing

Jay wont put it back, he just leaves it empty on the counter. I guess he forgot where I put the garbage.

Acutally I am guilty of doing that. Paul should be called Paulette and I should be called lazy ass

Re: Does your FH/DH.......

My FH is pretty good about those thing, except for when it comes to toilet paper. But to be honest, I like my TP to hang 'over' and I know he would never put any thought into that, so I'm better off just doing it myself. Otherwise I'm gonna' have to change it anyway!

As far as everything else goes, I'm always food shopping or paying a visit to Costco/BJs, so there's never a shortage. I'm really anal about not having something when I or someone else may need it.

Re: Does your FH/DH.......

Theresa,

My FH is just like that. He keeps pad & pen by the refrigerator & always adds to the list when things run low!

LOL The other day I went to go and bake cookies and I needed butter. I went in the refrigerator and guess what?? An empty tub of butter in the refrigerator.

dh is notorious for this- amongst other household quirks

Re: Does your FH/DH.......

FH has the similar problem of not putting things back at all. Like leaving the milk out on the couonter after using it for coffee.
Which grosses me out, I put it back immediately.

I must say that I'm guilty of putting back empty ice cube trays.

Re: Does your FH/DH.......

LOL! Mine is like Matt. He eats everything!!! I freaked out on Sunday because I caught him eating the pita bread I had bought for lunch this week. I buy pita and try to hide it because he eats all of the bread, no matter how much I buy. I was fuming. He looked at me all innocent and told me that I have to tell him if there is something I don't want him to eat. I truly wanted to strangle him because I have been telling him for weeks to stay away from the pita

Also, he never really closes anything with a twist top. He sort of places it there, but doesn't actually twist it closed. To me that is the same as leaving it open. Drives me nuts. Plus, I have to remember to check before shaking anything, becuase I never know if the top might go flying along with the contents of the container
