I forgot this year, my dad was in the hospital and I had my final exam 2 days prior. I totally forgot and he arranged a beautiful surprise with purple flowers, my favorite color, and reservations to an amazing 5 star restaurant.

He's not so good with dates (I have to remind him of his mom's birthday sometimes) but when February rolls around he knows its coming. Once I put him on the spot (shame on me) and he came up with a completely different month and day (shame on him ) but he doesn't make that mistake anymore.

I need to talk to you

Hey, I remember we both ordered the same wedding gown. I went to Bridal Suite last night because they said my gown was in. I had ordered the white gown with ice blue beads. When she zipped the dress out of the bag it was white with just ice beads...no blue. She was trying to tell me that the ice is the ice blue, however my contract says ice blue. When you tried the sample on in ivory do yiou remember how the crystals were ice blue. They now brought in a brand new sample which does not have the ice blue. They are trying to tell me that the sample that is there was the one that was orginally there. I know it is not the orginal one because that one had lipstick stains in it. My bridesmaids dresses are periwinkle and my headpiece has blue in it. I had my heart set and was counting on the dress that I saw and ordered. Just wanted to see if you remember or know what I am talking about. Thanks

Considering that we can't even agree on what day it was we met, the answer is no (I say we met March 12, he says it was the 13th). We are not a terribly sentimental couple at all. Also, b/c of his schedule, he is almost never, ever off on special days. So we end up celebrating birthdays, Valentines etc like a week later. But it's fine - works for us.

He alwyas remmebers the monthly ones, and I forget, I never have a clue what the date is. We usually just say happy anniversary on the 15th of every month.

He remembers both our dating anniversary (9/8/00) and our engagement anniversay (2/16/02). He is very good with trying to celebrate each of those anniversarys too.

Yep. He remembers our dating anniversary (which will also be our wedding anniversary) He doesn not remember the day we got engaged though (I had to tll him it is coming up on June 1 )
