Dog Lovers - Is this Tacky or Weird?

So my FH and I have a 4 year old Bichon/Shitzu mix and we love him like he is our little son! Our venue does allow pets but I think to have him in the wedding would just be a little too crazy, BUT we want to incorporate him into the wedding in some way.

We are doing our own table numbers and we thought about putting his picture on each one..is that weird or would look tacky?

The other idea is we get an ice sculpture for our CH, we thought about getting our dog's face?

Haha, thoughts? :)

I dressed my dogs up in bride and groom costumes and brought them to my e-pic shoot. I put them on my save the date and plan on putting the picture on the cover of my programs. I believe the pic is in my e-pic album.

I wanted to have the bakery make a tiny sculpture of our furbaby and hide him on the cake but we never did it.

That's what we're doing
