Dog Question, please help!!
Hi all, any input anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. We just moved to our new home with my 3 year old chihuahua and our cat. I cannot keep the dog, who was previously housebroken, from going to the bathroom in the basement. No matter how many times I let her out, she comes in and goes in the basement. I put papers out for her upstairs, but she still goes to the basement to go to the bathroom. She punishes herself after she does it. We've tried blocking the basement, but can't close the door because that's where the cat's food is. We've tried blocking the door, but she jumps over it. FH and I are at our wits end...please help!!!
