Dog's white beard

Someone recently told me when a dog gets old they get a white beard around there mouth. I was just looking through old pictures and I realized it's true!!!

The first picture is Sasha when she is about a year old (1993) and the second one is last year when she was 10 years old. I can't believe there is such a difference!!!

Well, anyway, you can see the 'beard' around her mouth......When she was younger, it was all black, like above her nose.
