I bring my dog to BOCES in Bellport every few months. They do dog grooming classes and although my Charlie is always perfect, he's clean, his ears are clean, nails trimmed and they love him to death!!! lol Can't beat the cost either - FREE!

I've been taking my Pomeranian since he was six months old. My breeder told me to take him sooner so his adult coat would grow in thicker. I bring him to Kanine Bath House in Lindenhurst. He goes about every 4 months or so. Sometimes I just give him a bath at home.

I give her a bath once a week, otherwise shes matted and icky. Also, because she is so little everyone thinks shes adoreable and HAVE to pet her. THe oils on peoples hands leave her a little greasy.

How much dfoes kanine bath house charge, if you dont mind me asking.

Re: Doggy Grooming

They charge for a pomeranian 40.00 which includes a bath, hair cut and nails clipped. If you dont want the hair cut its $30.00. And they dont keep the dogs in cages. Each one gets its own little pen. Fonzi is actually going there today!
