Dogs in church

Tara,

Although you would love to have your pal there, please leave him home where he is safe. Only my opinion but -- too many people, too much noise, stress and excitment for a dog. Ask your vet before, the priest. Tara, if something happened to your dearest pet by accident because of all the people, noise and stress how would you feel on your wedding day? You cannot watch everything. Your pet is as precious as family. Keep him safe and stress free. He will love you all the more for it. Sometimes its the things we keep our pets from, that do them the most good. Hope this helps. Focus this day on you and your sweetheart. You will have plenty of stress the closer you get. Trust me, I'm 18 days out and starting to shiver......!best regards,

As Gussie suggested, ask the vet first. THEN, BY ALL MEANS ask the priest...do not fear what he says. What's the worst that'll happen, he'll say NO? Don't let an opportunity to make your day more personalized go by an account of assuming the church will say no. SPEAK UP!!! :-)
