I think we're in the same boat in terms of pricing... But I'm looking for pearls with bling jewelry.
I don't know if this is a realistic budget but for headband or clip, earrings and bracelet between $150-$200 for all. I don't want something custom made either. I don't mind rhinestones, but want swavorski pearls.

originally we were going to go to tri-county but adelina said she wasn't impressed. we thought about bridal styles in brooklyn.
I am in the Bronx so we'll probably meet in Queens or in City if there's a place to go..

try bridal styles definitely - they had amazing things and i'll probably get my jewelry from there since i got my headpiece from them
also macy's has the eliot danori collection which is awesome and you can use coupons (i think)

Definitely don't go to Tri-County. I know the kind of stuff you're both looking for and nobody had the pearl + rhinestones/swarovski bracelets :( It was so disappointing!
