DOJ Opinion

What do you girls think? I'm seriously leaning away from borrowing my nana's/sister's white sapphire snowflake now, especially because I found out that it was my mother's doing that it was given to her over me.

I found this set on Etsy, and I think it would go good with my dress because my dress has both pearl and rhinestone accents, as does my headpiece. Would it be too much pearl though to do the headpiece, earrings, and necklace? I was also planning on getting a crystal/cz cuff bracelet, but now I'm wondering if it may be overkill.

Oh my gosh, at first I thought you liked the necklace that's on the model in the dress picture! I was going to say I think that might be a little much! I think the necklace and earrings are really pretty though.

I love the necklace and earrings but not with the bracelet...i think you should either go all pearls or all crystal..im not a fan of mixing!

You know, I kind of agree...I think it would look nicer if you could find a bracelet that is more like the earrings and necklace.

I was going to say the one that Mirabella NYC got- it has a mixture of the pearl and crystals- I immediately thought of that when I saw the necklace and earrings!

And I love that cuff bracelet you picked- that's the one I got. I just think a mix of the two styles would be ideal.

I decided to buy the necklace and earrings, just purchased them. I'm not going to buy the bracelet...as it turns out my mother has a very simple freshwater pearl bracelet, so I'm going to use that as my something borrowed instead! My sister said good, cuz the snowflake is hers now. Don't worry, she got flipped off for that.

Crisis averted! And if FH still wants to buy the cuff for me, I would be able to use that for any occasion. He was searching high and low for it for my Xmas gift, but none of the Macy's had it in stock.

i love the bracelet it's really beautiful. i like the necklace and earrings you picked too, but why couldn't you just get your something borrowed from your sister? would that be less special?

Glad you worked out the situation. As for that cuff- I got mine at Roosevelt Field before Christmas. Did you check there?
