IThis time of year I get home pretty late Mon-Thurs so each morning I leave dinner all set with instructions for FH.
I called tonight and he did not answer so he calls me back and i asked where were you? he says- sorry i had my head in the oven flipping the pork chops and then need to peel a cucumber for salad
Ladies, I have domesticated him!!! yay!!!!!!!

here's the trick..... the food is left for him uncooked- if he does not turn on oven... then no food and we all know men and their food lol

oh god that's great to hear. FH is sooooo clueless when it comes to anything in the kitchen -- I guess I'm going to have to be the chef and he'll have to clean up

Congrats! I need to start working on that soon. I usually just get him to cut and peel veggies for now. It's adorable to come home to him sitting at the dinner table with the cutting board and a zuccini looking confused.

i started by having him help me cook and try and turn it into fun quality time together but now it;s a matter of survival lol
i get home late and he left the take out world since we met so what else can he do? cook or starve lol
