Don your thinking caps... I NEED your help ladies!
We are having 2 wedding events on different days.
August 1 - Wedding Ceremony/Reception (daytime) at The Sterling. Expecting approx 500 guests.
August 2 - Formal Reception (night) at Crest Hollow. Expecting approx 300 guests.
Not all guests invited on August 1 are invited to formal reception on August 2. Our invites will have two inserts, one for each event. Some will get only 1 insert and others get both.
FOR THOSE THAT GET BOTH - Here's the confusing part: The entire Smith Family (5 people) is invited for August 1. But only 2 are invited on August 2. How do you make it so they aren't confused?
One option i thought of was to just print 'Please Rsvp @ 516 XXX XXX' on the botton of the insert for Aug 1. And keep regular rsvp cards for Aug 2 where we state ' # of seats have been reserved in your honor'.
I need ideas...anything is appreciated! Ask questions if you need clarification. It's probably a little confusing.

10'er crashing--
could you do 2 rsvp cards since you have 2 inserts? and put the date on each rsvp card?

I would just write the same rsvp date for both inserts and number if you are having people call in to rsvp... dont have different dates that will get really confusing, IMO
