donation card wording??

OK, girls how does this sound? Is it too wordy or too long?? UPDATE! It is too long... any advice on what i could do without???

My only suggestion, just to not be a mood killer, maybe you want to cut the last sentance from the 1st paragraph after your father's name. Given the charity and 'memory' part your guests will know how your father passed and maybe it's a little less somber? It's not easy either way, we are trying to find ways to incorporate FH's dad who passed a little over a year ago from cancer tastefully too. Nice wording overall and great idea.
