I know I have posted this before, but I'm still at a loss! We are doing a donation to the American Heart Association in the name of FH's mom and tieing the donation cards to seed packets. I'm looking for some clever wording about planting the seeds in her memory.
Did you contact the American Heart Association? I am also doing donations but to the American Cancer Society and I contacted them and they gave me samples of things that they could say or I could make up my own!
