I am doing a donation in my mom's name to a brain aneurysm foundation. The support ribbon they use is a burgandy ribbon and I thought it would be nice to give each guest a ribbon. Does anyone have any ideas of a way to present the ribbon on the donation card....or any creative way of doing this???

I've seen many with a saftey pin on the card. Maybe if you added some beads on the saftey pin that would dress the ribbon up a bit? I've seen pins like that and I like the way they look... Nice idea to support your MOM

I am doing the pink ribbon for breast cancer on mine. We were either going to do the actual pin and put it on the card for everyone..or just get simple pink ribbon and tie it at the top of the card for decoration...not so much for people to take with them.
It may sound horrible but i know i didn't want breast cancer to be all on the table like thats all everyone saw was the ribbons. So I am trying to so something simple but elegant....plus my theme has pink it in so it all fits.
But you can use a simple pin and attach it.

Ditto on this idea. I wouldn't even add the beads though.
If you used regular cardstock, DIY'd it on the computer, added a flourish and pinned the ribbon in the middle of the flourish it would be just jazzy enough...

You can make a keychain or momentum out of the ribbon colr and beads in similar colors.. same color family.. I love the idea.. takingthelongway is also doing a donation but she isdoing the donation 'rubber' bracelets ( like the armstrong ones)..Hope it comes out nice!
