How are you wording your donation cards if they are in memory of someone?

You can do this...

'In lieu of a favor a donation has been made to the
American Heart Association in memory of
Albert B. Smith'.

That's the most generic I've seen. You can also add the relationship of the person to the bride and groom if you so wish.
