Donation Wording - more than one charity

My fiance and I each have a cause that we would like to make a donation to in leiu of favors - if it okay to both of the charities on the same note? We planned on writing up something and framing it for each table.

Let me know if anyone has done this or sample wording!

Bride and Groom

I wrote this:

In addition to favors, donations have been made to
The Alzheimer's Association and
The Heart Association
in honor, and memory of, our loved ones who could not be with us today.
