it was ok. It was supposed to be interfaith but I still think it was a little biased. I am glad it's over. 9-5 was killer

Jessica what kinds of things are addressed at precana? Debi and Fred will soon begin what's called mentoring classes at our church, with an older couple. Mary MOB

Well because it was interfaith pre-cana a lot of our questions were based toward religion, how we feel about each others religion and what we plan on raising the children. Other than that it was a bunch of questions about discussing each others feelings, how we talk about things, what we do when we fight, etc.

Some of it was helpful but most of it was stuff we already knew and discussed. There were definitely a few sections where we learned a lot about each other. I'm glad we went but it was so long and my ADD did not support it

My son's ex-girlfriend, and still friend, a teacher, thinks Ben has ADD, but I never noticed symptoms, nor did his teachers in school ever say anything. When were you diagnosed? I've heard it said that girls with ADD have different symptoms, like daydreaming? Many ADD folks, are very bright and creative people . My son is artistic. He said he would never take medicine, because it would mess with his creativity. Mary MOB

I was diagnosed a few years ago but I only have a very slight case of it although when I try to study it feels severe. My teachers never said anything either but one of my pediatricians suggested my mother take me to get tested but she didn't want me to be medicated so she never took me. If it doesn't bother your son and he can function without medication then it's for the better. I only take my adderall when I have to sit down and study for a few hours but I hate taking it and i hate it's side effects.
