Don't buy furniture from Citywide Furniture

There is on on Glenn Cove Rd and another out on rt 110 - They should rename themselves SHADYwide furniture - we have had nothing but problems with them and try to get someone on the phone who can help you - it's impossible

we ordered our bedroom furniture w/ them...first we schedule a delivery and they come one random Sat night w/ the furniture at 8:30 at night! We couldn't except the delivery b.c we live in a building and can only get them during the week. So then I called the following Monday to reschedule it and it they tell me that our furniture is not in yet -WHAT? then what were you trying to deliver on Sat...they said 'oh, someone mixed up the order and the that was the someone else furniture' So then we make another delivery date...that morning they call me and tell me they ordered the chest not the Amour and if I wanted the chest instead 'Ah, no if we wanted the chest we would of ordered the chest' so now we have to wait another 2 weeks for the amour....AND when they delivered the dresser they FORGOT the metal support for the mirror (to attach it to the dresser) - so now my mirror is laying on my bedroom floor unattached. So now all week I've been calling them to find out what is going on w/ the other missing piece and the when someone is gonna come and attach the mirror and everyday they tell me someone will call me back and they never do....and that is when I can get in touch with someone...most of the day no one answers the phone....very, very shady!!!!

Yea...FH just called and layed the smack down on them - they are a-holes - i just want my furniture already!!!V

My DH use to work for seamans/levitz. They are even worse.

I'm learning this the hard way. We ordered our bedroom from levitz in January and so far we only have our dresser and mirror. GRRRRR!
