I just woke up missing my mom a lot this morning.....

I feel your pain.. as it gets closer to the wedding the pain is paralyzing some days for me.. but then other days you get through it.

Thanks. It's true. For the most part the past two months I have been feeling better, then all of the sudden I see her in the hospital bed, or I picture her at home, and me hugging her, and I just lose it. Is that strange?

I don't think that is strange at all! She's your mom, and you're going through something right now that she should have been here for. It's 100% normal to miss her.

Not strange at all. The same happens to me all the time. It is totally out of the blue...a vision just comes across your head in an instant...and it brings you back.

I like to think that when that happens..the visions of her at home...smiling...that's her reminding me that she's with me!!!

That what I think too. It's like she is visiting or something. I try to talk to her, but it just makes me cry more. People on the LIRR must think I'm a looney. I was crying on the way in this morning...
