Ok...so I've been doing WW for a few weeks...but it's so hard. I don't eat vegetables....so everything I eat is worth points. By the time dinner comes around...I feel like I'm starving....here's what I usually eat in a typical day:
Breakfast: WW muffin--3 points OJ--2pts.
Snack: banana--2pts
Lunch: WW meal or lean pocket--6-8 pts. Gronola bar--2pts.
Snack: sunkist fruit snack-2pts. or FF chocolate pudding-2pts. or popcorn--2pts.
Dinner: usually around 8-10 points.
I don't have points left for dessert....I usually use my flex points on the weekends. I just don't know what else I can do....any advice?

I don't know much about weight watchers, but it looks like you need to eat more protein. It will help your metabolism.

I agree - protein keeps you satisfied longer. You don't like ANY veggies? Not even grilled zucchini? My FH doesn't like many vegetables, but he'll eat grilled zucchini drizzled with some olive oil. Fresh string beans are good too - just boil them with a clove of garlic to give it some flavor. You can even pour some balsamic vinegar over them.

My mom make broccoli with some bread crumbs on top! They are yummy!

I am not a veggie eater either unless you count romaine lettuce
Here's some easy low point protein options. 2% cheese slices from Kraft - 1 point each. Much better texture and taste then fat free cheese.
Healthy choice coldcuts - 1 point for 6 slices. They are small slices, but you could make a nice sized sandwhich for relatively low points.
Tyson or banquet has baked chicken fingers that are one point each.

Re: Don't like veggies...
this happened to me once (even with eating veggies) and I showed it to my WW leader...and he saw right away...too many sugars...even though they are in your point range...you need variety...like others say...proteins...and veggies
do you like carrots? I know that WW gives them points now (not when I was doing it) - but you are not going to gain weight from eating carrots...string beans? check the recipe board...I put up a great recipe for mock mashed potatoes made from cauliflower (and I was not a CF fan at all!! but now I love it)

Re: Don't like veggies...
Thanks for all the suggesstions...but I don't like ANY veggies...I've tried eating them...but I just can't get them down. Don't like cheese either...unless it's on something, like my sandwich...not just a plain slice of cheese.
UGH! So frustrating

but you like fruit? I guess try doubling up on the fruit...I know they have points...but better than nothing...
what about potatoes...corn and other starchy ones?

Re: Don't like veggies...
What about hard boiled eggs? They're easy to bring with you and only 2 points - that's a protein boost!

Re: Don't like veggies...
Hard-boiled eggs minus the yokes are 3 for 1 pt. I usually take 4 and chop up the whites and add a tbs. of Litehouse Salsa Ranch dressing and eat that with low point bread or wheat crackers. Extremely filling, very easy to get protein in for little points.
Are you doing WW online or are you doing meetings? If you are doing meetings, I STRONGLY suggest you speak with your leader about this and see what he/she suggests.

Re: Don't like veggies...
When I was going to WW, there was a woman who lost a significant amount of weight (50+ pounds) and she said that the thing that helped her the most was adding protein to her breakfast. It kept her fuller for longer so she wasn't snacking as much.
It's too bad you don't like ANY veggies...there are so many of them that have zero points, and they're filling! Even if you just ate plain salad...

Like some of the other girls mentioned try eating a bit more protein to help keep you fuller
